Job Title: Recruiter IV
Job Description

The Recruiter IV leads full-cycle recruiting efforts to identify, attract, and hire top talent for current and future openings, with a focus on technical and sales roles. This role partners closely with hiring leaders and HR to develop market-informed recruiting strategies, proactively source passive candidates, and promote career opportunities across the organization. The Recruiter IV uses modern recruiting tools and data-driven insights to improve efficiency, elevate the candidate experience, and support strategic hiring needs in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for technical and/or sales roles, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop targeted, market-informed recruiting strategies aligned with business needs.Proactively source and engage passive talent through creative outreach, networking, talent mapping, and other outbound strategies, not solely inbound applicants.Build, nurture, and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical, high-volume, and hard-to-fill roles.Screen candidates for skills, experience, cultural fit, compensation expectations, and work authorization.Identify target companies, industries, and talent pools to drive strategic sourcing efforts.Leverage multiple channels—such as LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and professional networks—to uncover and attract top talent.Use AI-enabled and modern recruiting tools, including platforms such as Copilot and Phenom, to increase efficiency, enhance candidate experience, and support informed hiring decisions.Act as a consultative partner to hiring teams by providing market insights, candidate feedback, and data-driven hiring recommendations.Collaborate with talent acquisition team members to share pipelines, coordinate efforts, and improve overall recruiting efficiency.Track, document, and analyze recruiting activity and funnel metrics to inform continuous improvement and optimization of recruiting strategies.Ensure recruiting activities align with compliant hiring practices and organizational policies.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 7 years of overall professional experience.Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, including proactive sourcing and full-cycle recruiting.Demonstrated ability to identify, attract, and engage passive candidates through multiple sourcing methods.Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles.Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present opportunities and expectations to candidates.Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates.Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to managing requisitions and addressing hiring challenges.Capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.Knowledge of compliant hiring practices and regulations, including OFCCP-related guidelines.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience recruiting for technical and/or sales roles, ideally within a high-tech or Global High Tech (GHT) environment.Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools and platforms such as Phenom and Microsoft Copilot.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.Strong influencing skills, with the ability to advise and guide hiring managers on market conditions, candidate profiles, and selection decisions.Proven candidate engagement skills, with a focus on delivering a positive and professional candidate experience.Comfort working with data and recruiting metrics to support recommendations and continuous improvement.Ability to adapt sourcing and recruiting strategies based on changing business needs and talent market dynamics.Work Environment

This role operates in a professional, fast-paced environment that supports flexibility and ownership of your schedule. The position follows a hybrid work model, requiring local presence with on-site attendance at least one day per week while allowing flexibility for remote work on other days. You will work extensively with digital tools, including AI-enabled recruiting platforms and an applicant tracking system, to manage requisitions, pipelines, and candidate communication. Collaboration with hiring managers, HR, and talent acquisition colleagues occurs through a mix of virtual and in-person meetings, fostering a team-oriented and consultative culture focused on continuous improvement in recruiting.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $53.75/hr.
