The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in supporting high-volume hiring needs, particularly for manufacturing and industrial roles. This position focuses on reviewing large volumes of applications, coordinating the full recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth and timely experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The specialist maintains accurate records, partners closely with hiring managers and HR, and upholds high standards of accuracy and compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
+ Review and assess high volumes of incoming applications to identify qualified candidates for manufacturing and industrial roles.
+ Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate experience, availability, and overall fit for open positions.
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
+ Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout all stages of the hiring process.
+ Assist with offer generation, processing, and follow-through to support timely and efficient onboarding.
+ Track candidate activity and maintain accurate, up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system.
+ Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and meet hiring goals and timelines.
+ Ensure all recruiting processes are executed with a high level of accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
Essential Skills
+ Demonstrated experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on high-volume or hourly roles.
+ Prior experience recruiting within manufacturing or industrial environments.
+ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced setting.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data and candidates without error.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong coordination abilities to manage multiple interviews, stakeholders, and timelines.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple requisitions at the same time.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in technical recruiting or hiring for skilled manufacturing roles.
+ Background in onboarding processes and supporting new hire integration.
+ Comfort working with various recruitment technologies and tools to streamline workflows.
+ Ability to build strong working relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
+ Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
Work Environment
This role operates in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment that supports manufacturing and industrial operations. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works extensively with applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools, and other recruitment technologies to manage candidate pipelines and hiring workflows. The position requires frequent collaboration with hiring managers and HR, regular communication with candidates via phone and email, and consistent attention to detail when handling candidate data and documentation. Work hours typically align with standard business schedules, with flexibility needed at times to meet hiring deadlines and coordinate interviews across multiple roles and shifts. This is a Contract position based out of Brookfield, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
