The Talent Acquisition Specialist owns defined requisitions end-to-end and partners closely with HR and senior recruiting leadership on more complex or critical searches.\n\nThis is a highly visible, candidate-facing role that requires strong organization, professionalism, and consistent follow-through.\n\nFull-Cycle Recruiting Execution\n\nExecute full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned requisitions\nParticipate in intake discussions to clarify role requirements and success profiles\nSource candidates across LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach\nConduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments\nManage candidate pipelines and ongoing communications\nCoordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process\nConduct and document reference checks\nSupport offer preparation and candidate closing efforts\nMaintain accurate ATS records and recruiting documentation\n\nCandidate Experience & Onsite Support\n\nServe as a professional first point of contact for candidates\nGreet and host onsite interview candidates\nEnsure interview schedules, rooms, and logistics are prepared and executed smoothly\nDeliver timely follow-up and a consistent, high-quality candidate experience\n\nEmployer Branding & Job Posting\n\nDraft and post job openings across relevant platforms\nMaintain job postings within the ATS (Paycom)\nSupport recruiting-related social media and employer branding efforts\nCommunicate DDI’s culture, values, and employee-owner mindset to candidates\n\nProcess Discipline & Reporting\n\nTrack recruiting activity, pipeline progress, and sourcing effectiveness\nEnsure recruiting processes align with company standards and compliance requirements\n\nQualifications\n\n3–5 years of recruiting experience\nExperience supporting technical, operations, and/or corporate recruiting\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously\nStrong candidate-facing communication and professionalism\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail\nExperience using ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Paycom, or similar)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
