What does the ROLE entail?
Being part of the HR teams of Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht and Hyatt Regency Amsterdam.
Sourcing, attracting, and hiring our colleagues, ensuring we have the right recruitment strategy in place to meet the needs of the business;
Mapping the appropriate applicant sources to ensure we hire the right fit of people at the right time, making the most efficient use of our recruitment budget;
Coaching and supporting Managers in recruitment to ensure a best practice approach in line with appropriate legislation;
Providing the same quality of service and experience for our colleagues as we do for our guests in front of house, ensuring our candidates have the best possible experience.

Your EXPERIENCE:
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM or Hospitality/Tourism Management; Minimum 2 years work experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources; Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must; Fluent in English and, ideally, also in Dutch; Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Taleo / ATS experience is preferred; Passionate about service and care; Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid work permit for the country (we do not assist with Visa / permit applications).Are WE what YOU are looking for?
