Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring processes across both technical and non-technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent, ensuring adherence to consistent global recruiting standards. This position combines strategic sourcing, hands-on recruitment, and a data-driven approach to build diverse talent pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end hiring processes for technical and non-technical roles.Partner with hiring managers and leadership to identify hiring needs and strategies.Utilize strategic sourcing techniques to build diverse talent pipelines.Conduct hands-on recruitment and engage with candidates to ensure a seamless experience.Maintain consistent global recruiting standards throughout the hiring process.Essential Skills
Proficiency in recruiting and talent acquisition.Experience with full cycle recruiting processes.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Ability to create and utilize Boolean Searches for sourcing candidates.3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, either in an agency or corporate setting.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. (not required, nice to have)Work Environment
The role will initially be onsite, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model in the future.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
