Talent Acquisition Specialist – JLL
What this job involves
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist for JLL Business Services, our internal shared services business line, to deliver end-to-end recruitment support across multiple business functions. Based in Heredia, Costa Rica, this role combines hands-on recruiting, stakeholder partnership, and operational excellence, ensuring a world-class hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, and takes pride in delivering measurable recruitment outcomes. You will play a critical role in sourcing top talent, improving processes, and strengthening JLL’s employer brand through every interaction.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for assigned business units.
Partner with Hiring Managers, People Experience Partners and/or international stakeholders to clarify job requirements, define recruitment strategies, and align on hiring goals.
Execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong and diverse talent pipelines through job portals, networking, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all recruitment activities, maintaining data integrity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Required Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience managing full-cycle, high-volume recruitment in an international corporate environment.
Bilingual in English/Spanish; with strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience working with ATS platforms, MS Excel and MS Teams.
Strong understanding of sourcing tools, recruitment systems and data-driven decision making.
Proven ability to succeed in a high-volume recruiting environment while managing projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Recruiting experience in either Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, Real Estate, Construction or Project Management
Knowledge in Workday, Smartsheet and other online/collaboration technology are highly preferred.
Business writing experience.
