Transdev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for implementing the recruiting strategy and building strong relationships for multiple locations in Southwest/Southern California region. This position will be remote with travel expected to locations as needed. Candidate must be located in the region. Responsibilities: + Provides optimal levels of customer service, develops and maintains strong, effective working relationships with hiring managers, location staff and leadership. + Assists with the development and implementation of the overall attraction strategy for locations within a designated geographic area. + Establishes themselves as a talent advisor and strategic partner in the hiring process + Maximizes the ATS for job board integration, position management, candidate metrics, candidate movement and works with locations to ensure candidates are being screened in a timely manner + Provide ATS training and ongoing system support to internal users. + Reports weekly/monthly/quarterly analytics and KPI’s to manager for specific geographic area.
