Job Purpose
You will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team driving and supporting recruitment activities in the market by facilitating the selection process, including , attracting, sourcing, assessing and selecting candidates in partnership with P&C Managers & hiring managers, in order to deliver right “Quality of Talents”, and “Experience of Candidates and Hiring Managers” while ensuring “Efficiency” of Talent Acquisition Infrastructure to enable short and long-term requirements of the organization.
Key Accountabilities
Full Cycle Recruitment:
Partner with key stakeholders to advise on the local talent landscape, candidate attraction methods, hiring requirements, interview process design, offer negotiations and onboarding for mid-career hiring. Ensure quality by minimizing mismatches in hiring and a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, while driving key hiring metrics such as hiring cost reduction, reduced time to fill and maintaining an appropriate volume of hiring based on annual plans. Candidate Pipelining & Sourcing: Identify and utilize the appropriate sourcing channels for each recruitment process. Leverage and maximise direct sourcing to identify high-potential candidates and ensure that a sufficient candidate pipeline is maintained to ensure hiring managers can make well-informed decisions on the best talent for their opening. Recruitment Process Management: Ensure candidates and hiring managers have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process by offering clarity on expectations, outcomes and timelines. Be a key talent partner and subject matter expert on recruitment including providing talent insights to support decision-making. Offers & Onboarding: Ensure candidates have a smooth offer and onboarding process by aligning with relevant teams Operations and Reporting: Utilize the ATS and other tools to ensure data governance and compliance throughout the recruitment process. Ensure frequent and accurate reporting to relevant stakeholders.
Projects & Other Initiatives:
Drive and/or support core programs, including Early Careers, Disability Hiring, Commercial Leadership Program (CLP), Corporate Affairs Leadership Program (CALP) Employer Branding Projects: Partake and lead certain employer branding initiatives based on local P&C strategies, including both online and offline events/contentOther: Drive and implement new tools, processes and ways of working in line with the transformation journey of the organization and Global Talent Acquisition strategy.
Who we’re looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in in-house Talent Acquisition experienceExperience leading or supporting key employer branding projectsDemonstrates data driven approach, supported by strong insights and listening toolsStrong stakeholder management and influencing, working closely with P&C partners and hiring managersExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and JapaneseStrong interpersonal, team-working and influencing skills
