What You'll Do

経営の最前線を支えるBCG のコンサルタント採用チームのメンバーとして、BCG のパートナー層（経営層）と密に連携し、採用関連業務全般をご担当いただきます。コンサルタントの採用戦略全体から各採用チャネルの検討、施策の実施を推進頂き、BCGを牽引する人材の獲得を目指します。

【業務内容】担当はご経験や適性、ご意向を踏まえ、選考にて決定させて頂きますが、以下のようなチームがございます。 

・新卒採用…ターゲット大学向けのイベント・インターンを中心とした集客・マーケティング、選考オペレーション、各種施策の企画立案～実行など 

・中途採用…人材紹介会社、採用媒体のマネジメント、折衝、イベント集客のための企画立案～実行、ダイレクトリクルーティング推進、専門人材の採用企画など 

・MBA採用…海外大・MBAに在籍している学生向けのインターン・グローバルチームとの連携・US/UKでのイベント等の採用施策の立案～実行など。 

What You'll Bring

【必須条件】

・四年制大学卒業以上

・社会人経験3年以上

・今後、人事採用領域でキャリアを築いていきたいという強い思いをお持ちの方

・英語力 (TOEICスコア750点程度または入社後英語力向上に努められる方)

【求める人物像】

・主体的にマルチにプロセスをマネジメントし結果につなげる業務遂行能力

・候補者、エージェント、社内各部署等の多様なステークホルダーと円滑な関係を構築する高いコミュニケーション力
