We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in attracting top talent across our corporate functions, U.S. plant operations, and global partners.
This position supports a diverse range of salaried roles and works closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and Latin American teams to deliver a seamless, relationship-driven candidate experience.

What You’ll Do
+ Manage 22–25 salaried requisitions at a time, with the ability to support 27+ requisitions during peak hiring periods
+ Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
+ Intake meetings with hiring managers
+ Candidate sourcing and outreach
+ Resume review and pre-screening
+ Presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers
+ Participating in interview processes
+ Supporting offer development and delivery
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive, engaging experience
+ Post and manage job openings across internal and external platforms, maintaining accurate data in Workday ATS
+ Partner with HR Shared Services on back ground checks, drug screens, and onboarding activities
+ Leverage AI-enabled tools within Workday for candidate ranking and sourcing insights
+ Track and report hiring activity using tools such as Power BI, supporting fill-time goals and business leader updates
+ Support hiring for corporate teams, U.S. plants, operational roles, and internship programs
+ Collaborate with Latin American teams to ensure global alignment and best practices
+ Assist with recruitment marketing, job fairs, events, and employer branding initiatives as needed
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
+ 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
+ Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday preferred
+ Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
+ Proven ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, HR partners, and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience recruiting in manufacturing or plant environments
+ Exposure to global or multicultural teams
+ Comfort working with data, metrics, and recruiting dashboards
+ Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.85/hr.
