Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

This position embodies a multifaceted role within talent acquisition, supporting corporate functions, U.S. plant operations, and global partners, with significant collaboration with Latin American teams. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the entire recruitment life cycle for salaried positions, fostering strong partnerships with HR business partners and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and relationship-driven candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Manage 22–25 salaried requisitions simultaneously, with the capacity to handle 27+ during peak periods.Conduct full lifecycle recruiting, including intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing and outreach, pre-screening candidates, presenting qualified talent to hiring managers, participating in multiple interview rounds as needed, and supporting the offer process.Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout their recruitment journey, ensuring timely updates, clear communication, and a positive experience.Administer and post job openings across internal and external platforms and maintain accurate updates in Workday ATS.Collaborate with HR Shared Services for background checks, drug screens, and onboarding steps.Utilize AI platforms integrated with Workday for candidate ranking and sourcing insights.Track and manage hiring activity using tools such as Power BI, ensuring average fill times are met, and prepare updates for business leader check-ins.Support corporate teams, U.S. plants, operational functions, and internships, and partner with Latin American teams for global alignment.Assist with recruitment marketing, events, job fairs, and branding initiatives as needed.

Essential Skills

1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.Proficiency with an ATS, preferably Workday.Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with HR business partners, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing or plant environments is preferred.Exposure to global teams or multicultural environments is advantageous.Comfort with data, reporting, and talent acquisition metrics.Experience with Workday, HRIS platforms, or similar systems.

Work Environment

The role offers a hybrid work model, requiring three days onsite at the Willa Lake campus and two days remote each week, with core business hours from Monday to Friday. The environment promotes flexible interview scheduling, prioritizing candidates available for interviews starting next week. The campus provides a collaborative atmosphere that encourages personal development and career growth.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.85/hr.
