Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a key member of the GBS Talent Acquisition team in Manila, acting as a recruitment and process expert. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, high-volume and specialized hiring, process excellence, and employer branding initiatives supporting growth of Manila Hub.

You will partner closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders, drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, and contribute to the growth and maturity of the GBS talent ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job postings, proactive sourcing, screening, interviews, stakeholder coordination, feedback management, offer negotiation, and closure.Handle recruitment for senior-level roles, with strong focus on IT hiringPartner closely with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver timely outcomes.Proactively source candidates using traditional, digital, and creative sourcing channels, including direct search.Maintain real-time ATS (Workday) administration, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and meaningful recruitment reporting, appropriate adoption and utilization of workday.Participate in and contribute to local HR/TA projects.Ensure compliance with local labour laws, internal policies, and TA governance standards.Perform other TA-related responsibilities as required to support business growth.

Qualifications, experience and skills critical for success:

4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within GBS environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Academic degree or equivalent diploma in relevant subject matterStrong expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing.Proven experience managing high-volume hiring along with niche or specialized roles.Excellent understanding of candidate assessment and selection methodologies.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Passionate recruiter with curiosity, learning mindset, and continuous improvement orientation.Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Excellent spoken and written English.
