A company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists. **Job Summary** Responsible for identifying, engaging, selecting and hiring the most suitable candidate for the following talent segments: customer or sales supporting hiring, moderate to complex sales hiring, lower grade specialty hiring. **Core Job Responsibilities** + Handling full recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees for the company. + Coordinating with HRBP & hiring managers to identify staffing needs. + Determining selection criteria + Sourcing potential candidates through multiple channels (e.g. job boards, social platforms and professional networks.) + Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews + Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Workday and CRM (Candidate Relationship Management). + Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates + Join in local/area projects and assigned tasks **Work Experience** **MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** + BA/BS Degree + Have 2-3 year experience at recruitment **Core Skill Requirement** + Customer and details oriented + Ability to collaborate effectively internally/externally + Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure managing multiple priorities, familiar in working with deadlines + Being adaptable towards new situations and having an out of the box approach + A dynamic team player who is self-motivated, meticulous + MS office proficiency i.e excel, ppt, project management tools + English fluency **Minimum Education Required** + Graduate from a reputable institute; An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
