If you are a Talent Acquisition professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based fully onsite in Guadalajara, Mexico, you will be a key member of our Human Resources team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for both high-volume hourly/field roles and salaried professional positions across various departments. If you are an experienced recruiter with strong knowledge of field labor recruitment and a passion for strategic talent acquisition, this role is for you.

AS A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST, YOU WILL:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.

Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies, leveraging multiple channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

Manage the full candidate lifecycle, including reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and coordinating interview panels.

Provide interview training to hiring managers and assess candidate competencies based on job requirements, ensuring alignment with company hiring practices.

Manage the offer process for both hourly and salaried positions, including salary negotiations and benefits discussions.

Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and ensure strict adherence to labor laws and hiring regulations.

Engage with candidates on social media and other platforms to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

SCHEDULE: This position follows standard business hours. Occasional travel may be required for job fairs, recruitment events, or site visits.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a mix of hourly and salaried recruitment experience.

Demonstrated experience in high-volume field recruitment (e.g., direct manufacturing labor or field roles).

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Intermediate English proficiency.

Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations related to both hourly and salaried positions.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Experience providing interview training to hiring managers.

Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Onsite Work Arrangement: This role is based fully onsite in Guadalajara, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
