Talent Acquisition Specialist

General Summary

 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success within their scope of responsibility. This role is part of a collaborative team focused on developing recruitment strategies, identifying sourcing channels, and advising hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the best talent is sourced and hired, supporting onsite engagement for our Customer Experience Center, and assisting the HR team with special projects as needed.

 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

 

Ensure company compliance with established hiring procedures, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and Affirmative Action policiesSupport recruiting efforts across departments, including Field Operations and the Contact CenterManage a high volume of requisitions (15–20 at any given time)Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and responsibilitiesManage the job requisition and posting process, including creating, updating, and removing postings across various platformsSource candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and strategiesProactively reach out to potential candidates for current openingsOversee onsite engagement and coordination activities for the Customer Experience CenterAct as a partner to managers and supervisors in communicating HR policies, procedures, and programsAssist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that align with company goalsSupport the creation and facilitation of hiring and recruitment training for managementLiaise with organizations focused on areas such as diversity, accessibility, gender equity, and workplace safetyCollaborate with HR Business Partners on special HR projects and initiativesPerform administrative duties and maintain accurate records as required

 

Job Requirements

 

Bachelor’s degree preferredExperience using a variety of job boards and creative sourcing strategiesProven success recruiting across multiple functions, including Field Operations and Contact CentersExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP Recruitment Management preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong collaboration, self-motivation, and time management skillsAbility to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organizationStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple tasks

 

 

Working Conditions                                                        

 

Employee remains in the sitting position for prolonged hours. Employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.Working conditions may include being in an open (shared) cubicle/workspace area.
