Johnson Service Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a contract opportunity in Roseville, CA. This is an onsite role.
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday
Hours: 8am- 5pm
Hourly pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Description: Three (3) + years of experience of full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing passive & active candidates, knowledge of screening tools and methodologies (internal corporate recruiting experience). Prior experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, Boolean, social media, or other recruiting tools/systems Experience in a Bank or Financial Industry a plus. Experience recruiting in internal corporate environment Proven and successful track record of engaging, selling and recruiting candidates Experience with competency based interviewing techniques a plus. Knowledge Workday and /or other ATS systems Skills: Excellent verbal, written and oral presentation skills Ability to articulate with strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills Problem solving and strategizing capabilities Technologically adept with ability to work in multiple software and internet-based applications Good judgment and decision-making skills Ability to exercise and demonstrate discretion related to sensitive, confidential, or personal matters of colleagues, candidates, and through all aspects of acting as an agent of Human Resources Highly motivated self-starter, with proven ability to develop creative solutions Demonstrated ability to utilize computers, software, and internet-based applications Experience with managing the Talent Pipeline Demonstrated experience in all phases of recruitment and staffing Employment eligibility verification
