**Job Description:**
As a(n) Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
+ Partner with hiring managers to navigate through the end-to-end recruitment process leveraging data analytics for a proper recruiting strategy, serving as a talent advisor.
+ Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
+ Collaborate with business leaders to assess current and future talent needs, effectively translating the global Talent Acquisition strategy to align with local objectives.
+ Identify critical and challenging roles, developing comprehensive talent mappings to proactively address hiring requirements.
+ Embrace a mindset focused on process improvement, identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and collaborating with regional and global teams to achieve process alignment.
+ Ensure compliance in all recruitment, adhering to policies and maintaining conformity with local and global laws, standards and guidelines.
+ Identify challenges locally and seek for resources/support to resolve.
+ Strong partnership to collaborate with HR team to ensure the process compliance, delivery and outcome.
+ Responsible for recruiting for assigned locations/countries/regions/Business Group including the development of local strategies and tactics to promote 3M locally, build a robust pipeline of talent and streamline processes.
+ Coordinate closely with our service center and/or other related functions to facilitate the pre-hire process, ensuring seamless information flow and successful new hires.
+ Engage in multidisciplinary projects with the HR team to continuously improve the quality of the recruitment process.
+ Represent Talent Acquisition at local HR events and meetings, serving as an ambassador.

**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
+ Eight (8) years of recruiting experience in MNC, recruitment agencies or related.
+ Knowledge of labor laws/compliance/regulation on the assigned territories and functions
+ End-to-end recruiting experience including sourcing strategy, selection, process facilitation up to offer
+ Ability to deliver results, challenge the status quo and instill accountability
+ Data analytics
+ Ability to prioritize competing demands

This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least 4 days per week in the 3M locations
