Talent Acquisition Specialist
TalentWorld is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Mississauga for our client.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent through multiple sourcing channels, including social media and networking. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from approvals, job postings, screening, interviewing, testing, and background checks to offer negotiation. Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, interview best practices, and selection criteria, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience. Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on candidate assessments and testing results. Conduct pre-employment background checks and prepare hire approvals and offer documentation.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications: University degree or College diploma in Human Resources or related field. Minimum 2 years of recruitment (agency experience is an asset). Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS/ATS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred). Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Employment Details:

Salary: $55,000.00 per year 
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours
Location: Onsite in Mississauga, ON
