What will you be doing?Manage the recruitment process end to end in Vietnam and other countries in SEA when requiredKeep an overview of our recruitment needs via regular meetings with our Hiring Managers.Scope covers both white collar and blue collar recruitment and also senior level searches within a business unitDesign job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the position’s requirements and attract talent to KONEDetermining selection criteria for the open positions, in line with the KONE-culture and strategy.Sourcing of potential candidates through different sourcing channelsScreening of potential candidates and planning interviews and assessmentsOrganize and lead feedback sessions and coordinate the hiring decisionPropose employment offers in line with KONE guidelinesWork on proactive talent pipelining projectsRun reference checks when neededEnsure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.Implement employer branding initiatives, both internally and externallyOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment eventsFoster long-term relationships with candidatesMaintain strong connections with HR colleagues within KONE to share best practicesWill also be responsible for campus recruitingAre you the one?Work experience as a recruiter with relevant experience of 5-8 yearsFamiliarity with social media, resume databases and professional networksHands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using interview techniques.Experience with assessments is a plus but not a mustGood communication skills both English and VietnameseGood relationship building skillsSome relevant experience implementing TA programs e.g. referral programs, Employer branding projects (not mandatory)Growth mindset and learning agilityPassion and desire to make a differenceWhat do we offer?Career progression in opportunities within a global organizationTotal reward elements that engage and motivate our employees and help us make KONE a great place to workComprehensive learning and development programs covering a wide range of professional skillsYou are surrounded by fun colleagues and a lively working environment.
