This role involves partnering with hiring managers to define staffing needs, sourcing candidates through multiple platforms, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. You will serve as a key contributor in building talent pipelines, negotiating offers, and delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.Responsibilities• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business needs
• Proactively source candidates through referrals, networking, and social media platforms
• Screen and evaluate applicants to maintain a qualified and diverse pipeline
• Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policiesQualifications and Requirements• Bachelor’s degree preferred; four (4) years of equivalent experience considered
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
