• Eligible for dental, vision, medical insurance, 401K, and referral bonus program through The Reserves NetworkJob DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full-cycle recruitment process to support hiring across healthcare operations. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to define staffing needs, sourcing candidates through multiple platforms, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. You will serve as a key contributor in building talent pipelines, negotiating offers, and delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.Responsibilities• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business needs
• Proactively source candidates through referrals, networking, and social media platforms
• Screen and evaluate applicants to maintain a qualified and diverse pipeline
• Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policiesQualifications and Requirements• Bachelor’s degree preferred; four (4) years of equivalent experience considered
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
