We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, has the right attitude, and thrives in a people-driven environment. You will be working closely with our recruitment team, supporting end-to-end hiring processes and building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

What You’ll Do

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across various functions.

Manage and update the CRM/ATS system to ensure data accuracy.

Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.

Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities.

Build strong candidate relationships through excellent communication.

Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.

Fluency in English (written & spoken) is a must.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer service background in top banks or similar client-facing roles OR fresh graduate with relevant internships.

Eager to learn, proactive, and a team player.

Tech-savvy with good organizational skills.
