ROLE SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist oversees the full recruitment process for assigned areas within Leisure, Entertainment & Cinemas, ensuring timely, quality hires that meet business needs and comply with policies and labor laws. They also act as a strategic partner, offering market insights, building talent pipelines, and supporting employer branding efforts.
ROLE PROFILE
Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring hires match role requirements and business goals.Source candidates via multiple channels, conduct fair and consistent screening, assessments, and interviews.Manage candidate communication and offers to ensure a positive journey and smooth onboarding.Build talent pipelines, provide market insights, support employer branding, and promote diversity and inclusion.Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and collaborate with Learning & Development for new hire integration.Ensure adherence to policies, labor laws, manage agency relations, and improve recruitment efficiency using technology.Participate in manpower and budget planning, monitor recruitment costs for efficiency.Provide recruitment analytics, support broader HR insights, and perform ad hoc tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is preferable. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition.Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and time management skills. Fluency in English and Arabic languages is a must.Self-motivation and calmness under pressure.Strong problem-solving skills, financial acumen, and resilience in facing challenges.Proficient in Microsoft Windows, especially Excel, with experience in database management, P&O metrics, employment laws, and HR best practices.
