We are seeking a highly experienced IT Recruiter with 3+ years of recruiting experience to join our growing team in United States (West Coast). The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing and hiring top talent.

 

Responsibilities:

Identify and attract top-tier candidates in the Americas. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop strategic sourcing plans. Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks, to build strong candidate pipelines. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet both technical and cultural fit requirements. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation. Provide guidance and market insights to hiring managers to streamline the decision-making process. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

 

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment. Strong expertise in recruiting QA, DE, Enterprise skillsets. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
