**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
+ Build strong relationships with hiring managers to meet staffing goals
+ Represent the company at national recruitment events
+ Use creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
+ Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
+ Track and report recruitment metrics to leadership
**What You Bring:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
+ Proven full-cycle recruiting experience (manufacturing industry a plus)
+ Energetic, outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills
+ Excellent communication, organization, and time management
+ Flexibility with hours and a passion for travel

**Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
