Key Responsibilities:

Job Purpose :Responsible to the implementation of a strategic, inclusive, and forward-looking talent acquisition approach that ensures the organization attracts and hires qualified, diverse, and mission-aligned talents. The role will drive end-to-end recruitment strategies, build capacity of hiring managers and staff, and enhance employer branding to meet current and future workforce needs.Strategy Development & PlanningContribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning.Develop sourcing strategies including enhancing the employer brand to attract qualified candidates, especially for grant and leadership roles.Plan and execute talent acquisition pipelines to fulfill short- and long-term hiring needs.Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles in sourcing strategies.Capacity BuildingBuild internal capabilities in recruitment by supporting hiring managers in effective sourcing and interviewing techniques. (Design and deliver recruitment training for hiring managers, focusing on effective and inclusive sourcing, interviewing techniques, and decision-making.)Provide coaching and knowledge sharing on candidate evaluation and selection practices. (Develop and provide coaching tools and guidelines for managers to improve their recruitment and selection capabilities.)Provide capacity-building sessions for internal staff to prepare for internal mobility, promotions, and interviews.Accountability & Quality AssuranceEnsure consistency, fairness, and compliance in recruitment processes through the use of standard tools and monitoring systems.Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with policies and hiring standards.Track, evaluate and report recruitment metrics, ensuring timely fulfillment and candidate quality.Assist in the continuous improvement of recruitment workflows. (Continuously improve recruitment workflows and tools.)Networking & RelationDevelop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, job portals, university and sectoral networks.Enhance organization’s employer branding through effective outreach and engagement in the talent market (social media, events, partnership).Represent the organization in external job fairs, university partnerships, and professional associations.Management Develop and manage annual performance agreementSubmits periodical/ monthly accomplishment reportBuild and maintain positive spirit of working in team with other staff in respective unit and department Provide Christian value and support to enrich the organization's life, faith, Christian commitments and ministry to the disadvantaged children and communities we seek to serve.Be a role model and inspiration in managing work, communication and relationship with internal staff and external parties.Manage all risks related to P&C matters according to organization policies, guidelines, and standard. This includes risks in fraud, safeguarding, and other related risks.The Qualifications :Bachelor degree, preferably from Psychology, with master degree as Psychologists is an advantage.Experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organizations is an advantage.Good network with external recruitment partners, and job portals; with head hunters is an advantageMastering recruitment process and tools.ONLY a shortlist of applicants will be contacted.WVI implements a Safeguarding Policy as a form of our commitment to protect children and adult beneficiaries.
