JOB SUMMARY: \n

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering employer branding company wide and developing a strategic recruiting plan. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. This position reports to the Human Resources Director.\n

DUTIES\/RESPONSIBILITIES: \n\nAssure a robust talent pipeline by developing employer branding through the execution and creation of a strategic recruiting plan\nDevelop a strategic recruiting plan that will optimize all potential job sourcing avenues including, multi-media, print, social networks, referral programs, professional networks, recruiting events, etc.\nMaintain digital and printed content and campaigns designed to engage and attract candidates to our brand as an employer of choice\nTrain and coach hiring managers in interviewing, sourcing, and onboarding candidates\nDevelop behavioral and aptitude based interview guides and templates \nTrain managers on the use of and capabilities of pre-employment surveys and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)\nAdminister the company's applicant tracking and onboarding systems\nParticipate in management and company staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars \nTrack key performance indicators as they relate to turnover and workforce planning\nDevelop partnerships with key institutions and special interest groups to create a pipeline of candidates such as academic institutions, networking groups, etc.\nWork closely with HR Team to ensure recruiting plan is leading to optimal hires\nCollaborate with Recruiter and Vice President of HR in executing overall HR strategies and policies \nOther duties as required and assigned \n\n

QUALIFICATIONS \n
\n\nBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or other related field preferred. \nAt least 3-5 years' experience with recruiting, technical recruiting a plus. \nProven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills. \nEffective oral and written communication skills. \nGeneral knowledge of various employment laws and practices. \nExcellent interpersonal and coaching skills. \nAbility to work with various departments and foster teamwork. \nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision. \nSkills in database management and record keeping. \nAbility to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work. \nAbility to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule. \nExcellent organizational skills. \nMust be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. \nGather and analyze information skillfully. \nDemonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions \nKeen understanding of our business operation \nPosition requires excellent computer knowledge with numerous programs such as: Microsoft Office, Excel, PestPac and other HRIS systems \nPosition requires excellent project management skills, communication and interpersonal skills and time management skills \nAbility to multi-task \nPosition requires building trusting relationships with all levels of the organization and the ability to communicate with and influence individuals throughout the Company to promote Arrow's Vision \nUpdates job knowledge by seeking and participating in educational opportunities\n\n
