Your \"Day to Day\":

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities across Asia Pacific including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offering processes for assigned rolesPartner closely with Hiring Managers and P&C stakeholders to understand hiring needs, set expectations, and deliver on recruitment timelines.Provide consultative talent advisory support, offering insights on talent markets, sourcing approaches, and role fit.Deliver a strong, customer‑focused recruitment experience, demonstrating accountability, responsiveness, and professionalism throughout the hiring lifecycle.Ensure accurate tracking of applications, interview feedback, and hiring outcomes; analyze recruitment data and share insights with stakeholders to continuously improve effectiveness and candidate experience.

 

Who We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree or above.4+ years Talent Acquisition experience (open to inhouse or agency candidates), with strong hands‑on recruitment exposure in China, including use of local job platforms.Prior technical recruitment experience is a plus. Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment, covering direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management.Ability to work independently, being agile and thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders.Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
