What You'll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Employer Branding & Marketing, you will play a key role in strengthening BCG’s employer brand and driving impactful recruiting events across and beyond the region. Our goal is to attract and hire the best people for BCG, and you will actively shape how BCG is positioned in the market.
Please note that this role is a maternity cover with a fixed term until 18 December 2026.
You will take ownership of developing and executing Employer Branding initiatives—from comprehensive recruiting-event organization to employer communication on social media channels. You will also collaborate with your counterparts within regional and global teams, ensuring that our messaging reflects BCG’s standards and strategic priorities. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and regional projects, providing strong development in project management, stakeholder management, strategic communication, and cross-border collaboration.
A central part of your role will be planning and executing recruiting events and targeted promotion campaigns. You will manage the full event life cycle—including concept development, budgeting, agenda design, logistics coordination, stakeholder alignment and communication, and post-event follow-up. This includes organizing profile-specific formats, such as dinners or meet-ups with candidates from non-business backgrounds, as well as maintaining and developing partnerships with universities and student societies.
Additionally, depending on hiring needs, you may support selected stages of the recruitment process, including interacting with candidates directly, coordinating interviews, and supporting in offer conversion. Beyond local execution you will represent the office in regional employer branding initiatives and contribute to cross-office collaboration, including D&I-related recruiting activities.
What You'll Bring
You have a degree from a college or university.Ideally, you have completed relevant internships and gained initial work experience, e.g., in recruiting, marketing, digital marketing, and/or event planning, ideally in an international company. You have an understanding of the Czech and broader European university landscape, including key student organizations and target programs.You bring strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to derive actionable insights.Your written and spoken Czech and English language skills are excellent.Who You'll Work With
You’ll be part of our interdisciplinary Talent Acquisition Team at the Prague office, which closely cooperates with colleagues from Warsaw and Budapest as well as the regional Talent Acquisition network at BCG. Cooperation in the team is characterized by an open mindset, trust, strong ownership of responsibilities, resourcefulness, mutual respect, and support, as well as a passion for the topics we work on together. You’ll report to the Recruiting Manager, who will assist you in familiarizing yourself with your role and developing professionally. You will also always be encouraged to draw on the experience of your coworkers.
