You’ll support the recruitment lifecycle by managing candidate data, scheduling interviews, and assisting in sourcing and branding efforts. You’ll work closely with TA Managers to ensure a seamless and professional hiring process. **What You’ll Do** + Manage ATS updates, job postings, and interview scheduling + Support sourcing, CV screening, and candidate communication + Build passive talent pipelines and ensure hiring compliance **Key Performance Metrics** + Time-to-fill per requisition + Interview scheduling accuracy and turnaround time + Candidates experience scores (e.g., post-interview surveys) + ATS data accuracy and completion rate + Volume of sourced and screened candidates + Compliance with hiring protocols and documentation **Required Qualifications** + University degree preferred. + Fluent in English; additional languages a plus. + Strong skills in MS Office and recruitment systems. + Customer-focused with problem-solving ability. + Organized, able to multitask under pressure.
