Leadership will provide strategic support and partner with the Leadership Recruiter to ensure efficient workflows strategic sourcing and operational excellence across the recruitment lifecycle The Specialist will focus on conducting market research and talent mapping to identify qualified candidates for Director level and above roles across clinical operational and corporate functions coordinating key recruitment stages and delivering an exceptional candidate experienceKey AccountabilitiesPartner with the Leadership Recruiter to understand talent needs and develop search strategiesBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using industry leading tools and techniques such as but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter internal databases and external resources to identify passive candidatesSupport the creation and distribution of job postings on the HHC career site and other external sources such as LinkedIn Indeed industry specific associations etcAssist in managing the onsite interview experience serving as a point of contact for candidates providing timely communication and updates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a top notch candidate experienceCoordinate and schedule interviews assessments and related recruitment activitiesProvide insights and recommendations to continue to develop improvements to recruitment processes and business administration or related field is requiredThree plus years of experience in recruitment coordination sourcing executive search talent search or a related roleExperience within a healthcare academic or complex organizational environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with leadership level candidates and senior stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities with professionalism discretion and confidentiality is a mustExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook
