Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Sourcer for an open-ended, long-term contract role. This position is vital in finding and selecting candidates to determine their cultural fit and suitability for roles within our Advanced Facilities Group builds.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage with passive candidates using LinkedIn and other channels.Source candidates for high-level construction roles such as Project Managers, Superintendents, and Estimators.Conduct initial engagement with candidates to assess their skills and cultural fit for the organization.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Seniors and Managers to advance candidates through the hiring process.Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and talent sourcing.Proven track record in sourcing passive candidates for high-level construction roles.Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other platforms to source candidates.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in recruiting within the construction industry is preferred.An Associate or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Kansas City, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
