As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you'll be instrumental in the growth of our commercial and executive hiring. In close partnership with our Commercial & Executive Talent Acquisition Lead, you will seek to understand the needs of the business to identify and engage prospective talent at management consulting firms effectively. Your primary goal is to build a robust pipeline of qualified consulting candidates through sourcing in LinkedIn Recruiter.

ResponsibilitiesUse a breadth of tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse) to identify and drive qualified consulting candidates into our candidate pool Partner closely with the Lead Talent Acquisition Strategist for Commercial and Executive hiring to understand the skills/profiles needed for open roles, how the positions fit into the overall organization, and the interview processEffectively pitch company's EVP (selling points + differentiators) to passive candidates through messaging and outreach methodsUtilize our CRM to re-engage with our talent communityDeliver an awesome candidate experience by responding to messages in a timely mannerServe as a company brand ambassador by positively representing our employer brand in all interactionsQualificationsSome experience with recruiting leadership-level talentExperience in LinkedIn RecruiterCan-do attitude paired with intellectual curiosity The ability to bring creative and innovative ideas to the tableStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentBonus PointsExperience using Greenhouse or Gem A1426884RDU_1754598614 To Apply for this Job Click Here
