Start your journey now! **Your role and responsibilities** As a Selection Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to set the bar high, executing on various recruiting strategies to identify, screen and delivery high quality, diverse talent to meet business hiring demands. You will be the main point of contact for our candidates and hiring managers, supporting full lifecycle hiring, and sitting amongst your peers in one of our global hub locations. Why you’ll love your job: Support the current project focused on switching the employer’s talent acquisition system by helping with temporary tasks and easing the extra workload during the transition. Handle high-volume, end-to-end recruitment across various countries and business units while setting up and customizing the new recruitment system. Make sure data is accurate, local processes are followed, and both candidates and stakeholders have a positive experience. Role & responsibilities : * Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to assess headcount and skill requirements across teams. * Audit and document current recruitment and selection processes across relevant countries. * Execute end-to-end recruitment for all assigned roles, managing sourcing, screening, selection, and offer stages. * Customize system workflows to reflect local hiring processes, language, compliance, and data requirements. * Manage candidate pipelines using various sourcing techniques specific to CEE markets. * Map local compliance and labor requirements for tool customization. * Coordinate with local HR for onboarding, contract generation, immigration support, and campus event logistics. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Fluency in English and Bulgarian (spoken and written). * At least 2 year of experience working on end to end hiring process and managing high volumes as a Recruiter. * Experience recruiting for CEE region and using various sourcing techniques. * Strong MS Excel Proficiency: Utilizes Excel for data management, report creation, and task automation. * Effective Multitasking Under Pressure: Thrives in fast-paced environments, maintains exceptional organization, meets deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Collaborative Communicator: Excellently collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and facilitating effective communication. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Self-Directed and Ambitious: Driven to achieve set targets and goals independently. * Adaptable to Tight Timelines and Change Management: Experienced in handling tight timelines and participating in change management initiatives. * Demonstrated Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively contributes to teams, fostering strong interpersonal relationships to achieve results.
