Role ResponsibilityWhat you'll do:
Deliver end-to-end recruitment for frontline rolesPartner with hiring managers to plan, prioritise, and deliver recruitment campaignsSource quality candidates using innovative tools and methodsPromote Sodexo as an Employer of Choice across digital platforms and recruitment eventsDeliver high-impact resourcing support against KPIs: time, cost, quality, and experienceManage the end-to-end recruitment process with precision, using ATS and social media effectivelyBuild a talent pipeline and drive Sodexo’s online employer brandWhat we're looking for:
1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitmentExperience within a multi-site organisationSkilled in direct sourcing and passive candidate engagementStrong organisational and stakeholder management skillsConfident using ATS platforms and digital scheduling toolsA proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for people
This role requiresthe ability to consult and plan as well think ahead. Some hands-on experiencewith different selection and assessment techniques, able to select appropriatemethods in their use to assist both the candidate experience and the quality ofhires.

Location: Ireland - Remote with Occasional Travel (Candidate must live in the Republic ofIreland)
Contract Type: 12-month FTC, Full-Time
