Healthcare Talent Acquisition Recruiter: HYBRID Job Description The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for managing a high-volume desk through full life-cycle recruiting. This includes sourcing, qualifying, screening, conducting interviews, facilitating interviews with hiring managers, and placing successful candidates. The ideal candidate will independently manage numerous open positions and coordinate communication between management and candidates. Responsibilities + Build credibility and relationships with hiring managers through expertise and delivery of commitments. + Gain an in-depth understanding of open positions, including required experience, skills, and competencies. + Manage internal transfers and facilitate HR compliance, interviews, and compensation review. + Screen and qualify candidates based on hiring managers' requirements. + Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates. + Navigate and update applicant tracking system (ATS) requisitions and postings daily. + Partner with hiring managers to fill open positions effectively using recruitment best practices. + Coordinate with the onboarding team for a smooth transition from offer to start date. + Coach hiring managers on interviewing and compliant hiring practices. + Utilize diverse recruitment channels to build a pool of qualified candidates. + Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. + Negotiate offers and close candidates. + Develop recruiting materials and manage internal job postings. + Create offer letters and agreements. + Follow all corporate hiring policies and legal requirements. + Network through industry contacts and association memberships. + Maintain accurate reporting and develop improved metrics. + Assist with ad hoc projects as needed. Essential Skills + Recruiting high volume of needs, preferably in healthcare sectors. + Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms. + Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 3+ years of recruitment experience. + Bachelor's Degree. Work Environment This position operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a 35-hour work week. It is primarily remote, with up to 1-2 days of travel per month to the Peekskill office and various career fairs, depending on the time of year. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Peekskill, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $45.67/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
