As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a strategic role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to support the company's growth and objectives. You will act as a trusted partner to managers and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions.Manage the full recruitment cycle, including needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices.Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience.Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline.Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition such as employer branding and process improvement.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company’s image.Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve recruitment processes.Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred.5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, including complex and high-volume roles.Bilingual in French and English (for Montreal location only).Experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry.Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.Team-oriented, results-driven, with strong influencing skills.Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.Strong client focus and innovative mindset.Excellent command of sourcing techniques and digital tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).Knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in aerospace and manufacturing recruiting.Knowledge of full cycle recruiting and talent acquisition processes.Strong influencing skills and ability to build trusted relationships.Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work environment with a schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Opa Locka, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $48.00/hr.
