Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Project Manager to support our recruitment operations and assist our TA leadership team with projects and initiatives. This role will work closely with our Talent Acquisition (TA) team to implement project plans, manage timelines, and drive process improvements that enhance our global recruitment efforts.

This is a part-time, as-needed opportunity, working approximately 15-20 hours per week for a period of 3 to 6 months.  This role can be based in any US location where AECOM has an office.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with TA Leadership on recruitment operations, projects, process enhancements, and strategic initiatives.Develop project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure successful project execution.Coordinate with TA, HR, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, manage deliverables, and communicate progress.Support change management, training, and adoption efforts related to new TA processes or operational changes.Assist with recruitment marketing initiatives from an operational perspective.Partner with TA Leads to proactively identify operational issues and drive resolutions

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

8+ years of project management experience within Talent Acquisition.Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills are preferred for this role.Experience with recruitment systems (e.g., ATS, CRM) and process improvement initiatives is preferred.Candidates must be able to begin work in July or August and must be flexible with working hours.  This role will assist with global TA efforts and will require working hours outside normal business hours from time to time.
