Talent Acquisition Program Specialist

Advise management, develop and facilitate programs to enable Edwards to meet government requirements related to talent acquisition. Design and execution of early careers programs across EMEACLA. This role will be instrumental in shaping our strategy to attract, develop, and retain young talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize moderately complex talent acquisition systems and process projects to meet the organization’s talent needsEnsure on-going process improvement and seek most cost effective/highest value third-party contracts to support talent acquisitionExecute recruitment projects and programs (e.g., career fairs, recruiting events,onboarding)Partner with marketing agencies and universities to drive targeted attraction campaigns.Develop content on recruitment/talent acquisition processes and provide training to stakeholdersCollaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to ensure a consistent and engaging development experience.Monitor program effectiveness through KPIs, participant feedback, and stakeholder input.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in related field , 4 Years years experience previous related talent acquisition experience requiredFluent German and English

• Proven success designing early careers programs in Europe
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills
• Proven success adhering to and leading project schedules and managing moderate sections of projects
• Able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English
• Substantial knowledge and understanding of Human Resources regulatory guidelines and requirements
• Strict attention to detail and project management skills
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and representing the organization on specific projects
• Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
