​WHAT YOU’LL DO​ 

You own and drive our corporate hiring across the South Europe markets with focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience. Using your specialized understanding of the competence areas you will play a key role in attracting and hiring the right talent. 

Proactively partner and advise hiring managers guiding them through market trends, and talent information to identify recruitment needs and support hiring decisions 

Own the full life cycle for office-based roles, including structuring intake meetings, crafting compelling job advertisements, and managing accurate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) administration 

Lead profile/CV reviews, shortlisting, and assessment calls to identify and qualify the best talent quickly and effectively 

Engage niche and passive talent across our diverse markets using advanced tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, actively creating brand and opportunity awareness 

Own and ensure all recruitment and labour law practices across the region align with both H&M global standards and local legal requirements 

Actively participate and lead specific regional projects to innovate and boost our recruitment and onboarding experience 

Implement and participate in key Employer Branding initiatives, reinforcing our unique value proposition in the South Europe talent market 

Monitor performance KPIs and metrics owning action plans to achieve targets  

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​ 

You’ll partner with hiring managers and teams from all function across Region South Europe, to shape the future of H&M by bringing in the talent that makes a difference. 

Collaborate closely with Volume TA Leads and other TA Partners focused on store hiring, sharing expertise and delivering on our common regional strategy. Team up with the larger regional HR team to ensure our recruitment and talent practices are aligned to the H&M’s standards and our People strategy.  

You will connect with H&M's global network of TA experts, bringing best practices to the region and have the possibility of getting involved in large-scale projects. 

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will have an immediate impact in attracting and hiring the right talent. We believe in unlocking the full potential of our people, and to achieve this, we focus on engaging with diverse talent groups while empowering colleagues through clear growth opportunities. 

WHO YOU ARE​ 

We are looking for people with…​ 

Experience from in-house or agency recruiting for corporate roles  

Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter 

Experience leading recruitment projects or initiatives  

Proficiency level in English and Spanish, additional languages will be an advantage

Strong communicators & advisors, able to build relationships, provide guidance, and partner up effectively with stakeholders 

Energetic and results oriented, committed to our newly established team’s journey by effectively launching projects and ensuring all initiatives are successfully completed

Comfortable using digital tools and people analytics to inform decisions 

Organized & agile, capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
