Position Title: Talent Acquisition Partner - EMEA
Location: Faisalabad or Lahore

As a Talent Acquisition Partner EMEA, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with global TA standards while tailoring strategies to local market needs. You’ll drive operational excellence in sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, and data integrity, contributing to key regional and global talent initiatives. This role reports to the Assoc. Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA.
What you will do:
Drive full-cycle recruitment across Pakistan, the Middle East, and Africa, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation in alignment with global TA processes.Partner with HR and business leaders to understand talent needs, provide market insights, and deliver tailored recruitment strategies that ensure high-quality hires.Build and maintain talent pipelines by leveraging sourcing tools, social media, career events, and third-party partnerships to engage both active and passive candidates.Ensure data accuracy and compliance in the applicant tracking system (Workday), supporting reporting and continuous process improvement.Contribute to global and regional TA initiatives, including projects focused on Diversity & Inclusion, employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment process excellence.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.Proven experience in an autonomous, senior-level recruitment role, including hiring for both professional and managerial level positions.Hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes ideally both agency and in-houseProficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing and talent pipelining.Strong stakeholder management skills within a multinational company context.Who you are:
