As a Talent Acquisition Partner - Contract, you will play a critical role in our talent acquisition team, responsible for full life cycle recruiting. You'll act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, driving talent initiatives across corporate recruiting needs.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial intake and strategic sourcing through to offer extension and onboarding.
Expert Sourcing & Assessment: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through advanced networking, cold calling, and complex internet research. You will evaluate qualifications, conduct thorough phone screens, and coordinate comprehensive interview processes.
Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to Executives, Hiring Leaders, and HRBPs, leveraging data and analytics to influence talent decisions and shape hiring strategies.
Process Excellence & Compliance: Uphold and optimize Talent Acquisition workflow and compliance standards.
Candidate Experience Champion: Ensure a consistently positive candidate journey through frequent communication and transparent feedback throughout the entire process.
Project Leadership: Independently lead and project-manage internal talent initiatives, collaborating across multifunctional groups on large, complex hiring initiatives with clear accountability.
ATS Mastery: Fully utilize Workday for all recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate dispositioning, and managing the hiring and closing processes within the system.
Innovative Recruiting: Employ best-practice recruiting methods while continuously developing new and creative sources to execute full lifecycle recruiting effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, specifically supporting exempt-level hiring.
Demonstrated ability to consistently attract and secure top-tier talent.
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency with G Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Expert user of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
Strong business acumen and a customer-centric approach, enabling effective partnership and relationship-building with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams at all levels.
Remote in Tampa, Florida, may need to go into local office as needed to support recruiting events.
