About this RoleThe Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting and proactive talent sourcing strategies to support Irby Construction’s workforce needs. This role partners closely with operations and leadership to identify, engage, and secure top talent across high-volume craft, field, and key operational roles.
This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, persistence in outreach, and the ability to build relationships and communicate Irby’s value in a competitive, relationship-driven industry. The ideal candidate will leverage tools such as iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage passive candidates, build long-term pipelines, and convert talent in a competitive, relationship-driven industry.
