We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruiting for current and future hiring needs across the U.S. This role partners closely with hiring managers, proactively sources talent, and delivers a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through offer.

Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming hiring needsManage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and business unitsSource and engage qualified candidates using ATS platforms, recruiting tools, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreachConduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and alignmentCommunicate role details, career opportunities, and benefits to candidatesMaintain accurate and compliant recruiting documentation in the ATSProvide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring processEnsure recruiting practices align with company standards and employment regulationsQualifications2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisitionDemonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting processesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
