Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and contribute to our recruitment efforts. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role. The role is hybrid, requiring one day onsite per week, and involves working from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
+ Develop, manage, and administer recruitment programs and advertising.
+ Source from a variety of social media platforms and networks to identify top talent.
+ Support both internal and external sourcing and placement of candidates.
+ Assist with making recommendations for recruitment enhancements.
+ Educate managers and employees on staffing processes, regulatory compliance, and career planning.
+ Track staffing processes and recruiting efforts to ensure regulatory compliance.
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
+ Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with company values.
+ Impact a range of customer operational projects or service activities within own team and other related teams.
+ Work within broad guidelines and policies and explain difficult or sensitive information.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Sophisticated math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
Work Environment
This hybrid role requires one day onsite per week at our location. Working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The environment encourages professional growth and collaboration, with a focus on innovative recruitment solutions and compliance with staffing regulations.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Richardson, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $39.00/hr.
