Talent Acquisition Partner
The Talent Acquisition Partner based in Marshalltown, IA is integral to developing and executing strategies to attract and hire top hourly workforce manufacturing talent. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for production and operations roles across our US facilities. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a positive candidate experience while building a dependable pipeline of talent to support our ongoing growth. This role follows a hybrid work model, with four days in the office and one remote workday per week—giving you the best of both collaboration and flexibility. Come join our team!   In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles with a focus on hourly workforce manufacturing positions.  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.  Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social networking sites, employee referrals and user groups.  Screen and interview candidates, assessing qualifications and alignment with role requirements.  Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information. Build a robust pipeline of top talent through recruitment initiatives.  Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.  Who You Are:
