We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to be responsible for attracting and recruiting the best talent, by acting as a trusted partner for the business, offer appropriate and innovative solutions to meet their needs and ensure a positive candidate experience while promoting the company's image.

Have a master's degree with a focus on HR or a bachelor's degree with solid experience in a company.5-8 years of demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition. Your specialization lies in technical, financial, and engineering profiles, and you have gained experience in a technical sector.Familiarity with IT tools and quickly learn the internal tools needed for your work.Use your common sense and judgment to assess candidates' skills and understand an assessment report and the relevance of their profile to our needs.Methodical and meticulous, and your good planning skills enable you to follow up on your projects professionally.Results- and customer-oriented, assertive, and have good communication skills.Creative with a flair for innovation and change, and you know how to sell your ideas.Able to work both in a team and independently.Languages:
Fluency in English.Fluency in Dutch and/or French.The next step
