PwC Luxembourg is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager M/F/D. What if it was you?  

  

Your mission: PwC Luxembourg is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to drive our recruitment strategy for profiles across all service lines, including our Acceleration Center. This role requires a trusted leader who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment—someone who sees change as an opportunity, embraces complexity with confidence, and consistently delivers distinctive outcomes.  

You will manage and inspire a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and TAA Coordinator, ensuring that our recruitment processes are innovative, inclusive, effective, and aligned with our firm’s long-term ambition. You will partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to anticipate needs, refine selection processes, and implement strategies that attract top talent. 

 

Be a part of our team where you will:  

Own, implement, and continuously improve the Talent Acquisition strategy; Lead, coach, and develop a team, on-site and remotely (Talent Acquisition Partners and TAA Coordinator);Monitor workload, set priorities, and foster a high-performance culture based on trust, accountability, and collaboration;Ensure alignment of recruitment activities with business priorities, delivering measurable and distinctive outcomes;  Oversee end-to-end recruitment across all service lines, including our acceleration center;Turn data into insights that streamline hiring, sharpen decision-making, and fuel powerful recruitment storytelling;Refine selection, interview, and offer processes to ensure fairness, efficiency, and an exceptional candidate experience;  Champion change initiatives and drive continuous improvement to ensure scalable and sustainable Talent Acquisition operations; Lead and contribute to strategic and innovative projects within the Talent Attraction & Acquisition galaxy;Demonstrate strong solution-oriented and strategic thinking in advising business leaders;Report to the TAA Lead, providing insights on trends, challenges, and opportunities. 

  

Let’s talk about you. If you...  

Have a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including 3+ years in a leadership position;Have a proven track record of leading teams in fast-paced and evolving environments, with the ability to turn complexity into opportunity;Have strong stakeholder management skills, ideally gained in a professional services, multinational, or highly matrixed organization;  Are a trusted leader who inspires confidence, motivates teams, and builds strong relationships;   Have the ability to connect data-driven insights with strategic storytelling to influence stakeholders and attract top talent; Demonstrate a growth mindset, adaptability, and a client-centric approach to Talent Acquisition;   Are strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving;Are skilled in process design, change management, and continuous improvement;Have excellent communication and influencing skills in English (French or German would be an asset);Are flexible to travel occasionally.
