This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.
What the day will look like
As TA manager you will be leading the recruitment team and processes exercising independent prioritization of tasks and projects, ensure measurable progress through transparent communication with leadership and team members. Other responsibilities include:
+ Leading the Recruitment team and processes in Mexico, offering guidance and mentorship to nurture ongoing growth and dedication to client service.
+ Developing, drive and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy for Mexico, including: recruitment, selection, and employer branding.
+ Ensuring the firm’s recruitment policies, practices and tools are appropriate and are developed in line with the external market in order to promote the employer brand and ensure the acquisition of talent.
+ Developing, implement, and maintain the efficiency and suitability of local employer branding initiatives, working closely with Center management and the global Employer Branding team.
+ Collaborate with Center Leader, Center HR Director, HR Consultants, and business managers to refine resource planning, grasp main recruitment challenges and goals, and jointly devise creative solutions for current and future business needs.
+ Being responsible for the project team in developing hiring plans for each business to optimize resources and meet SLA performance targets.
+ Increase the efficiency of the sourcing and selection process in close partnership with the business.
+ Kick off, plan, and implement projects to optimize efficiency and performance within the framework.
+ Implement performance indicators and share data with the company, using data to collaborate with the organization in boosting recruitment efficiency and cutting costs.
+ Develop and audit the regular reporting of SLA performance and hiring activity/trend analysis to the businesses and leader and manager levels.
+ Deliver consistent, positive operational results with the best balance of investment and efficiency.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Extensive technical recruitment experience and knowledge in talent acquisition.
+ Experience in high volume recruitment, preferably in-house and preferably with experience of the Mexico market.
+ Proven experience in supervising the direction, development, and leadership of recruiting teams and recruitment practice.
+ Knowledge of and experience of implementing standard process recruitment solutions to acquire best in class talent.
+ Capability to collaborate on application of TA policy and process as well as trends, themes, and solutions.
+ Proven ability to engage, advise, influence and partner with senior leaders in developing/implementing TA strategies to drive business performance.
+ Excellent understanding of the industry’s current trends and operating environment.
+ Ability to foresee and adjust to shifted business priorities & environment and to lead such changes alongside business leaders.
+ Advanced verbal and written communication skills, especially with senior level leaders.
+ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Previous experience growing a shared service center for clients in North America would be advantageous.
Education
+ English proficiency, at C1 level.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Work conditions:
+ Able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings. Some facilitation required.
+ Flexibility in work timings to accommodate sudden recruiting demands and interact with peers across time zones.
