The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a team of recruiters based in Latin America in their strategic and day to day support of the business through activities such as recruitment pipelining, creative sourcing and end to end support of the business through the hiring process. This is a hands-on position which may require direct recruitment on roles in addition to leadership responsibilities.
**Main responsibilities include:**
+ Serve as a trusted partner to hiring leaders by developing talent acquisition plans and solutions to achieve short-term talent needs and long-term business growth.
+ Create and lead innovative TA strategies to address recruitment challenges both regionally and globally.
+ Oversee and direct activities for the Talent Acquisition Team including requisition management and business alignment.
+ Coach and mentor direct reports through developmental plans tailored to each individual and developmental strategies aligned to overall team growth and engagement.
+ Manage vendor relationships and monitor performance/delivery.
+ Utilize talent acquisition performance metrics to coach the TA team and continuously improve the TA operations.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 7 years professional level recruiting experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
+ 1 year leadership experience required; experience managing remote employees preferred.
+ Bilingual in Spanish and English. Portuguese strongly preferred.

+ Strong leadership skills with humility to be hands on and jump in where needed.
+ Proven track record in the implementation of innovative recruiting strategies that support aggressive business growth.
+ Superior relationship building skills and strong negotiation skills to deal effectively with internal and external contacts throughout the recruiting process.
+ Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
+ Excellent project management required.
+ Must be able to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
+ Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
