Talent Acquisition Manager

This role is on the Cable Operations TA team supporting Field Sales.

Lead and coach recruiters and support personnel, fostering productivity and professional growthOversee recruiting metrics and reporting to track hiring activity and evaluate process effectivenessImplement and refine sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines and manage requisitions efficientlyGuide team meetings, drive adoption of new initiatives and support individual career development plansEnsure compliance with federal, state and local hiring regulations, maintaining accurate records and audit processesEvaluate recruiting data, analyze outreach effectiveness and communicate actionable insights to business leadersSource, recruit, screen and select candidates, continually improving staffing quality and supporting targeted headcount requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of human resources or recruiting experience

The base pay for this position generally is between $80,300.00 and $205,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
